Nannini Renato Machinery designs and manufactures presses/extruders for drums/barrels in a special version for the cosmetic sector, which significantly improve the production efficiency in filling especially mascara, with a clean and effortless work for the operator.
Thanks to the extrusion process from the drum/barrel, it is possible to push the viscous product (mascara or any other hard cream) from the container (usually a drum, a barrel or a cylindrical tank) to the filling machine, without having to go through the hopper.
This means that there will be no hopper and no pump to clean.
In addition, cleaning is greatly facilitated because our purely pressing plate system makes it possible to have the product in contact only with a minimum rectilinear portion of the same, the cleaning of which is extremely simple.
Also available machines for filling in jars/cans/tins with pressure or screw cap.
