Extruder/Press for Drums/Barrels
Mod. PF200
Hydraulic extruder/press to empty standard commercial 200 liters drums/barrels, containing high and very high viscosity products.
- Electro-hydraulic and pneumo-hydraulic versions (electric or pneumatic driven and feeding).
- Pressing plate in carbon steel or stainless steel, with standard product outlet of 3″ (on request 2″ or 4″).
- Standard seal of the pressing plate ø 30 mm in PVC (or on request in NBR, or EPDM, or SILICONE) for a perfect seal between pressing plate and drum/barrel.
- Drum centering disc on the base plate.
- Drum reinforcement bands with a standard thickness of 5 mm, or 8 mm for more powerful versions.
- Drum reinforcement bands with safety circuit and microswitch.
- Possibility of customizations on request: colors, construction materials, protections, electronic locking system, product anti-drop valves, check valves, etc.
- Availability of the system with 2 presses/extruders connected in “tandem”, in order to avoid production downtimes during the replacement of the empty drum/barrel.
- Standard dimensions: mm 1000 x 800 x 2600 H, weight about 900 kg.
- Available version on wheels or with raised feet providing the space under the base plate for the forks of a pallet truck or forklift, for easier handling.
- On request, version for emptying 100 liters drums/barrels.
- Versions for cosmetic or food use, with parts in contact with the product in stainless steel AISI 316 or 316L and with personalized look.
Hydraulic pump
150, 200 or 230 bar hydraulic pump, for a wide range of maximum pressure on the product.
Hydraulic cylinder
150 mm or 180 mm bore hydraulic cylinder, for an even greater range of pressures on the product.
Extrusion pressure
The combination between different hydraulic pumps and two different hydraulic cylinders make our presses capable of extruding the product at a pressure up to a maximum of:
10 bar – 26.5 t
13 bar – 35 t
15 bar – 40 t
20 bar – 50 t
23 bar – 58.5 t
