PF20 Series
Hydraulic presses/extruders to empty 20-25 liter pails/buckets containing high/very high viscosity products.
Mod. PF20S
Extruder for pails with single pressing plate.
Mod. PF20D
Extruder for pails/buckets with double pressing plate, with a single hydraulic cylinder for the simultaneous lowering of both pressing plates or with two hydraulic cylinders for independent lowering of each pressing plate.
- Electro-hydraulic, and pneumo-hydraulic versions (electric or pneumatic feeding).
- Pressing plate in carbon steel or stainless steel, with standard product outlet of 1″ (on request 1,5″, if the diameter of the pail makes it possible).

- Pail/bucket reinforcement bands to prevent it from being deformed during the extrusion.
- Machine equipped with safety protection gate with safety circuit.
- Bench versions and self-supporting versions also on wheels for easier handling.

Hydraulic pump
80 bar or 150 bar hydraulic pump, for a wide range of maximum pressures on the product.
Hydraulic cylinder
80 mm, or 100 mm, or 120 mm bore hydraulic cylinder, for an even greater range of pressures on the product.
Extrusion pressure
The combination between the different hydraulic pumps and the different hydraulic cylinders make our presses capable of extruding the product up to the maximum pressure required by the customer.
