Nannini Renato Machinery designs and manufactures presses – also called extruders – for high and very high viscosity products.
Our extruders are equipped with a Nannini Renato pneumatic-hydraulic pump (from our exclusive concept) that leads to tangible energy savings. In addition, it does not heat up the hydraulic oil and thus extend its useful life.
On request, of course, we also manufacture electro-hydraulic machines.
Nannini Renato Machinery extruders are available to empty 20 liter pails/buckets, 200 liter commercial drums/barrels and mixing and production tanks up to 1600 mm in diameter, to feed even the most viscous products to any filling machine, also by other manufacturers.
These are modular machines, can be positioned between the mixing and filling zones of your plant and are perfectly compatible with any machine for filling high-viscosity products.
