Automatic nozzle placing machine for nozzles with or without clip, or for both types of nozzles, also equipped with semi-automatic multi-size packing device.
Machine with a fully automatic system for handling the nozzles, it can be equipped to work with nozzles with clip, without clip, or with two stations to be able to work with both types of nozzles.
This machine is equipped with a semi-automatic packing device for boxing the cartridges with the nozzles inside pre-formed cartons (opened manually by the operator).
- Ramp/slide for the automatic input of the cartridges, to be placed in line at the exit of the automatic filling machine.
- Automatic cartridge loader from the entrance ramp to the double chain for the step-by-step movement of the cartridges.
- Station for the insertion of the nozzle with clip on the cartridge, or station for the positioning of the nozzles without clip on the cartridges (or double station for nozzles with clips and without clip in case both solutions are desired).
- Automatic feed of the nozzles, with or without clip, from the hopper to the ground with a capacity of about 2000 nozzles.
- Automatic loader of the nozzles from the hopper to the roller selection and orientation system patented by Nannini Renato (very quiet operation), or to a circular vibrating orienting feeder (optional).
- Unit for the accumulation of cartridge rows with nozzles to be packed, in accordance to the type of carton used at that time (the machine is multi-format and makes it possible, with simple adjustments, to work with boxes in sizes of 6, 8, 12, 15, 16, 20, 24, 25, 30).
- Pusher for the horizontal placement of the cartridge row with nozzles inside the box.
- Horizontal motorized conveyor belt for feeding the pre-formed empty boxes (i.e. already opened manually by the operator) to the insertion station, with an autonomy ranging from 12 to 6 boxes, depending on the selected format.
- System for flipping the full box from horizontal to vertical.
- Roller for the ejection of the box towards the possible automatic taping machine to seal the box with tape on top.
- Production speed: standard version up to 50 nozzles/cartridges per minute depending on the carton format used, and up to 80 nozzles/cartridges per minute in the version with double nozzle feeding stations.
- It can be equipped on request with a cartridge rolling system to rotate each cartridge during the ink-jet marking of the batch number and/or expiry date.
