Cartridge Packing
We design and supply to manufacturers and re-packers of cartridges of silicone, greases and /or various sealants, modular machines for packing the cartridges inside cartons of variable size, depending on the production requirements of the customer.
Various models, designed, constructed and tested internally, allow to work both with empty cartridges (with the boxing of the same in standard cartons of 140 cartridges), both with full/filled cartridges to be boxed in sizes from 6 to 30 pieces for each box.
Our machines pack standard plastic cartridges of various sizes and also cartridges in cardboard or aluminum.
Reduced energy consumption, ease of use and ease of maintenance are the strengths of our cartridge packing machines, which may be supplemented by stations for the insertion of nozzles with and without clip, as well as cartridge rolling devices for the ink-jet printing of the bar code or of the batch number and expiry date.
