A Semi-automatic line for filling bags – sausages typically consists of:

1. EXTRUDER / PRESS

  1. Hydraulic extruder/press model “PF200” for commercial 200 l drums/barrels, to empty the drum and feed the doser of the filling machine.

    For increased productivity, we provide the system to work “in tandem” with two “PF200” extruders, making it possible you to save the drum changing time.

    OR:

  2. Hydraulic extruder/press for mixing/production tanks, model “PV”, or “HI”, or “EHI”, for emptying the tank and feeding the doser of the filling machine in line.

2. SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINE

Semi-automatic filling machine model “LSS700” for bags – sausages up to 600 ml in volume and approximately 49 mm in diameter.

OR:

Multi-size semi-automatic filling machine model “LSS5000” for bags/sausages up to max 5000 ml and max 100 mm in diameter.

  1. Very compact frame, on wheels for the easiest handling.
  2. Pedal start and fully automatic filling cycle.
  3. Volumetric doser with continuous manual adjustment from zero up to the maximum required volume (optional electrically operated by HMI touch screen display).
  4. Bobbin holder and tensioning rollers system for film unwinding.
  5. Horizontal “Collar” for molding the film in tubular form.
  6. Longitudinal heat-sealing system of the tubularized film.
  7. Filling tube and nozzle of the tubularized and heat-sealed film.
  8. Automatic clipping head for the double clipping of the tube and the central cutting of the same to obtain the finished bag/sausage and have the next bag clipped and ready to be filled.
  9. Ejection of the bag/sausage on the receiving rail or electric motorized belt for version LSS5000.
