Nannini Renato Machinery designs and manufactures a wide range of volumetric vertical semi-automatic dosing systems for filling in cartridges (or in small and large tubes) products of any viscosity (very high viscosity included) such as adhesives, silicone sealants (silicone), acrylic sealants, polyurethane sealants, glues, mastics, putties, pastes, lubricant greases, hard creams, dental pastes, resins, etc.
- Continuously adjustable volume with range depending on the tube size.
- Parts in contact with the product made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
- 3-way valve of the rotor + stator (cube) type for frequent and practical disassembly and reassembly.
- Vertical filling of the tube for maximum flexibility in filling products of any viscosity, from liquid to very highly viscous, having millions of cP/mPa.
- Filling of the tube from the bottom upwards, with controlled lowering to avoid the formation of air bubbles during filling.
- Product cut valve in rubber with suction rod for high-viscosity products, or mechanical mushroom valve for low viscosity products.
- Dosing start chosen by the customer or dependent on the type of container: via pedal, or automatically by means of micro-switch detecting the presence of the cartridge in the correct position to start the filling operation.
- Brackets for mounting the dosing system on the side of the press that feeds it, or self-standing support to make the dosing system independent and movable.
- Versions available to fill any product into any format of cartridge, tube or bottle.
- Version with integrated workbench and with automatic lifting and lowering of the cartridge during the filling process.
- On request, nitrogen spraying station.
