Our extensive experience in the field of in line static mixing of high viscosity products, such as adhesives, silicone sealants (silicone), acrylic sealants, polyurethane sealants, glues, mastics, putties, pastes etc, is behind our new static mixing machine with variable percentages/ratios and totally electronic operation.
Each doser is controlled by a dedicated electric cylinder. This makes it possible to obtain different dispensing /injection speeds for each individual volumetric cylinder so that the start and the end of the dispensing/injection phase are identical for all volumetric cylinder also in case of change in the mixing percentage.
With constant injection during the entire dosing phase (regardless of the mixing percentage) is possible to always obtain an optimal mixing homogeneity.
The base product and the various possible additives such as colors and catalyst (and gel in the case of silicone) are dosed with the utmost accuracy and continuity in the static mixing pipe equipped with suitable mixing elements which break the flow several times, for a perfectly homogeneous mixing.
The available versions can feed filling machines, from the simplest to those with higher productivity.
