Automatic Bagging Machine for Nozzles

Automatic machine mod. IBEC for bagging nozzles with or without clip, in a variable number according to choice, in bags formed by the machine itself.
The bags can be manually and quickly positioned on the cartridges inside the boxes.
This machine solves the need to handle the nozzles, with or without clip, for those who are already in possession of a boxing system of the cartridges without nozzle handling.
The bags are formed by the machine starting from a 600 mm wide reel, forming the film in a tubular way and heat-sealed longitudinally and horizontally on both sides above and below.
- Reel support and automatic unwinding device for 600 mm wide film.
- Vertical collar shaping the film in tubular form.
- Vertical heat-sealing system of the film in a longitudinal way and heat-sealing system with double horizontal bar with central cutting of the filled bag.
- Automatic nozzle feeder with or without clip from a hopper on the ground with a capacity of about 2000 nozzles.
- Automatic loader of the nozzles from the hopper to the selection and orientation system with rollers patented by Nannini Renato (very quiet operation), or to a circular vibrating orienting feeder (optional).
- Nozzle counter system programmable by the user with the desired number of nozzles for each package.
- Siemens PLC with HMI 7″ touch screen display for setting the operating parameters: temperature and heat-sealing times, nozzles loading speed, recipes for bag formats, etc.
- Production speed: more than 100 nozzles without clips per minute and more than 50 nozzles with clip per minute (depending on the bag size).
- Ejection of the bag on the floor available on request, with conveyor belt for carrying the bags inside a carton.
