Nannini Renato Machinery designs and manufactures semi-automatic and fully-automatic filling machines for the gravimetric filling of low-viscosity products such as paints, resins, thinners, etc.
- Fully-automatic filling machine provided with load cells scale and control panel for setting the job characteristics (weights, “flying” level, etc.).
- Mounted on wheels for the easiest moving.
- With working table top easily adjustable in height.
- The scale communicates with the product mushroom cut-off valve with active phase in two stages:
1. complete opening of the product outlet valve for fast filling;
2. when the weight is almost reached, the product outlet valve closes partially for the “finishing” phase, thus obtaining maximum weight accuracy.
- Both the total opening section and the partial opening section of the product outlet valve are adjustable.
- The start of the weight “finishing” phase can be set by the user from the control panel.
- On request, the product outlet valve can be equipped with a perforated antifoam disk and/or conical outlet nozzles with a tubular pipe end.
- Recommended for filling cans/tins from 250 g to 10 kg.
- Version with press for the lidding of cans/tins with lid to be pressed.
- 0.5″ or 1″ filling valves for greater accuracy, or standard 2″ the most widely used.
