Filling machine usually run by a single operator for boxing the jars and filling the feeder with empty jars.
Completely automatic machine with fully pneumatic operation, does not require any electrical connection, which is useful for hazardous environments.
Also in ATEX-Ex certified version.
Very compact machine, easily moveable on wheels, for filling high-viscosity products (putties, pastes, adhesives, glues, pastes for dental impressions, etc.) in cylindrical or conical jars/cans/tins.
- Small size for simple handling on wheels: approximately cm 220 x 120 x 230 h.
- Rotating table for feeding empty jars/cans/tins of about 1 meter in diameter.
- Easily adaptable to jars/cans/tins of different heights and diameters.
- Filling of the jars/cans/tins through a volumetric dosing unit (also available for abrasive products), adjustable from 0 to 1000 ml, or from 0 to 2000 ml depending on the size of the jars to be filled, with mechanical mushroom valve for cutting the product.
- Dosing unit adjustable in height manually.
- Can presence control in the filling station (no jar = no dosing).
- Suction-cup separator of the caps with docking station for the vertical stack of lids (for pile-up lids only), all adjustable in height.
- Small press for lids adjustable in height for the perfect capping of each can size.
- Fully pneumatic supply (no electrical connections).
- Production capacity: up to 20-25 jars/cans/tins per minute depending on the product viscosity and the volume of the can.
- On request, rotating table at the output for the collection of the filled cans.
