- Compact filling machine design: approx. 256 x 172 x h 177 cm.
Labelling module included. - Turntable for feeding empty glass jars, diameter approx. 65 cm.
- Easily adapts to 200 – 1000 g (approx.) glass jars, of various heights and diameters.
- The jars are filled with honey using a volumetric dispenser with capacity adjustable up to 800 ml.
- The flow of honey is cut off at the end of dosing by a specially designed non-drip mechanical mushroom valve.
- The dosing unit is manually height adjustable.
- Jar sensor at the filling station (no jar = no dosing).
- Floor mounted hopper for bulk twist-off caps, with elevator/orientator, feed chute and cap location on the filled jar.
- System for screwing twist-off caps onto the jar for perfect cap application.
- Twist-off cap on jar sensor.
- Driven belt conveyor for the capped full jars.
- Optional jar labelling unit.
- Optional seal application to the cap and jar.
- Optional turntable for collecting filled, capped and labelled jars (Alternatively, there is space for a small accumulator zone at the end of the driven conveyor).
