Fully automatic cartoning machine for empty cartridges in standard 140 cartridge cartons.
The cartoning machine mod. IA140E is totally automatic because in addition to the automatic cycle also supports the automatic carton moulding device to shape the box, starting from the flat carton to be opened.
- Automatic loading of bulk cartridges coming from the plastic injection molding machine, equipped with an ejection system for cartridges that are not correctly oriented.
- Pre-accumulation horizontal conveyor for the cartridges before entering the accumulation cell.
- Horizontal accumulation cell of the cartridge rows in number of 15 and 16 alternately.
- Vertical carton storage area with capacity of 20 flat cartons, to be formed.
- Carton forming station with opening of the same in horizontal position and closing of the rear (or lower) flaps of the carton.
- Pusher of the cartridge rows accumulated inside the carton formed by the machine.
- System for closing the upper flaps of the carton and no. 2 taping heads to close the carton with tape on both sides, with ejection of the same on accumulation roller conveyor.
