High-Viscosity Products Filling and Packing
Nannini Renato Machinery designs and manufactures a wide range of machines for filling with high-viscosity products standard and non-standard containers.
We design our filling machines starting from the final container supplied to us by our customer.
Our filling machines are suitable for filling:
- silicone and other sealants/adhesives in plastic, aluminum and cardboard cartridges;
- chemical anchors in bi-component cartridges;
- mastics and other pasty products in cylindrical jars/cans/tins or conical stackable ones, in metal or plastic, with pressure or screwing cap
- putties in cylindrical jars/cans/tins or conical stackable ones, in metal or plastic, with pressure or screwing cap;
- pastes for dental impression in jars/cans/tins.
We also make available machines for filling drums/barrels and pails/buckets.
