Filling in Clipped Bags/Sausages
Sausages are considered a valid filling alternative to cartridges, mainly due to environmental sustainability: indeed, this type of packaging, after its use, takes up very little space.
Nannini Renato Machinery has seized the advantages that the environment and its customers can get from this type of packaging by developing a semi-automatic machine dedicated to filling into bags/sausages high-viscosity products such as adhesives, silicone sealants (silicone), acrylic sealants, polyurethane sealants, glues, mastics, putties, etc.
The machine is available in two versions:
- fixed size version for filling in standard bags/sausages with a 49 mm diameter and a capacity of 400 or 600 ml (the length varies);
- variable size version, for filling in bags/ sausages starting from the standard 49 mm diameter up to a maxi-diameter of 100 mm and 5 liter capacity, also passing through a diameter of 60 mm (1 liter capacity) and a diameter of 74 mm (1.8 liter capacity).
The clipping system is purchased by the world’s largest manufacturers of this type of closure, to always guarantee to the customer the highest packaging quality.
