Aluminum Cartridge Filling
Nannini Renato Machinery has acquired over time ever improved skills to meet the needs of its customers, not only with respect to silicone filling in plastic cartridges but designing and manufacturing the complete line for filling and packing polyurethane sealants in aluminum cartridges.
Our complete line includes:
- Extruder/press to feed the filling machine.
- Filling machine specially designed to maintain the cartridges always separated from each other so as to avoid contact (easy denting).
- Capping system with expansion technology in the case of aluminum cap or crimping in the case of easy-open lid.
- Semi-automatic cartoning machine (for cartons already formed) or automatic (with carton forming), which also takes into account the handling of aluminum cartridges avoiding any dents.
