Machine for the automatic counting of nozzles without ring (without clip).
Saves the operator’s counting time.
- Compact machine, on wheels for easy handling.
- Hopper on the ground for easy loading of about 2,000 nozzles.
- Vertical loading of the nozzles from the hopper to the orientating/selecting rollers.
- Roller system for the selection/orientation of the nozzles patented by Nannini Renato, with very quiet operation.
- Counter of the correct number of nozzles to be loaded, with ejection of each nozzle directly above the cartridges inside the carton placed on the roller conveyor.
- The number of nozzles can be set by the operator via control panel.
- Roller supporting filled cartons, for easy handling.
