Nannini Renato Machinery designs and manufactures semi-automatic filling machines for the gravimetric filling of low-viscosity products such as paints, resins, thinners, etc.
- Semi-automatic filling machine provided with load cells scale and control panel for setting the job characteristics (weights, “flying” level, etc.).
- The scale communicates with the product mushroom cut-off valve with active phase in two stages:
1. complete opening of the product outlet valve for fast filling;
2. when the weight is almost reached, the product outlet valve closes partially for the “finishing” phase, thus obtaining maximum weight accuracy. - Both the total opening section and the partial opening section of the product outlet valve are adjustable.
- The start of the weight “finishing” phase can be set by the user from the control panel.
- On request, the product outlet valve can be equipped with a perforated antifoam disk and/or conical outlet nozzles with a tubular pipe end.
- Versions with Mettler Toledo or Laumas scales and controls or customized with storable recipes.
- For jars/cans/tins up to 3 kg, or on customer request, the top for the supporting and sliding of the jars/cans/tins is in stainless steel for best cleaning in case of product leak.
- Version with roller conveyor allowing the operator to easily move the container after filling. Recommended for containers of more than 3 kg.
- In case of a wide range of weights, is available a version with the roller conveyor that can be covered with a removable stainless steel plate, for resting small jars/cans/tins.
- Version with press for the lidding of containers with snap lids.
- Version with crimping head for metal buckets provided with metal crimp lid.
- On request, liftable scale top to allow the filling nozzle to enter inside the container to be filled.
- 0.5″ or 1″ filling valves for greater accuracy, or 3″ for faster filling in large containers, or standard 2″, the most widely used.
