Mod. LSS700
For bags/sausages up to 600 ml in volume and 49 mm in diameter.
Mod. LSS5000 multi-size
For bags/sausages up to 5000 ml in volume and 100 mm in diameter.
- Very compact frame, on wheels for easier handling.
- Pedal start and fully automatic filling cycle.
- Volumetric dosing system with continuous manual adjustment from zero up to the maximum required volume or with electric adjustment via HMI touch screen display.
- Film reel holder and tensioning rollers for unwinding the film.
- Horizontal “collar” for molding the film in tubular shape.
- Longitudinal heat-sealing system of the tubularized film.
- Filling pipe and nozzle of the tubularized and heat-sealed film.
- Automatic clipping head for the double clipping of the tubular bag and the central cutting of the same to obtain the finished sausage and have the next bag clipped and ready to be filled.
- Ejection of the bag/sausage on a receiving rail or with electric motorized belt for mod. LSS5000 because of very long and heavy bags.
- Production capacity: up to 12 bags/ sausages per minute depending on the skill of the operator.
Optional
- Dosing system with parts in contact with the product made in stainless steel.
- Electrohydraulic dosing system for a higher operating pressure, or fully electric for best efficiency.
- Bags/sausages of different diameters: 60 mm, 74 mm, 100 mm or on request.
- Electric motorized belt for the ejection of the filled bag/sausage.
